Since the founding of Itoham Foods our company policy has been
“serving society through our business activities,” and we have consistently
endeavored to improve the safety and quality of our products while contributing
to the development of new meal options and the wellbeing of society.
From the late nineteen-eighties onward interest in environmental issues grew on
a global scale, and this development created the need for a new management paradigm.
We responded by establishing a new basic policy on the environment. It aims to
enhance the quality of the company’s management by encouraging doing business
in a manner conscious of the need for constant efforts at environmental protection
and harmonious coexistence with nature. I hereby declare that henceforth all of
us at Itoham Foods will work as one to make these goals a reality.
